"My Crispy Broasted Chicken"
Ingredients :
1 kilo chicken fillet or chest
3 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Egg white
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp Sugar 1 tbsp
1 chicken cube
3 Tbsp Soya sauce
2 Tbsp White vinegar
1 ginger garlic paste
Oil for frying
Bread crumbs as required
Salt to taste
Method :
Wash the chicken fillet and add 3 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste and cook in pan on low flame till water dries. In a bowl add 2 egg white, 1/2 flour, chicken cube, 1 tsp sugar, 3 lemons juice and a pinch salt to mix. Now coat drum stick with batter 1 by 1 and dip in bread crumbs to fry in wok till it turns golden brown.
Take it out in absorbing paper and serve with chili sauce.
