This is also one of my kid's favorite dish for lunch. Perfect with plain rice
or macaroni with matching green salad . Easy-quick menu for busy moms !
Ingredients :
1 kilo chicken fillet or chest (boneless)
1 big onion (sliced into strips)
1 big tomato (sliced into strips)
1 big tomato puree
2 big bell pepper
2 garlic crushed
5-6 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp oregano powder
1 tbsp chili powder
dash of salt and pepper
Directions :
Slice the fillet or chest of the chicken into two halves . if it is too thick, then slice it into 3 strips . Prepare the pan on a high heat. throw in the garlic,onion and tomato . Then stir in the chicken and the rest of the ingredients . Keep it boiling , then cover and simmer until the juice is almost absorbed. That's it !........I'm out of here ! ^_____^
